Le miel, un des produits alimentaires les plus contrefaits

Aujourd’hui, le miel constitue l’un des produits les plus contrefaits au monde, tenant la troisième place, derrière l’huile d’olive et le lait, selon la U.S. Pharmacopeia’s Food Fraud Database.
